Tittenhurst Park, Sunninghill
|
Tittenhurst was originally built in the 18th century by Thomas Holloway (founder of London University’s Holloway College) and in the 1960’s and 70’s was famously the home to Beatles John Lennon and then Ringo Starr.
Lionel Fanshawe has been involved with the estate since 1990 when it was obtained by HRH Sheikh Zayed of Abu Dhabi. 16 hectares of parkland, arboretum, waterbodies and formal gardens have been spectacularly enhanced and will hopefully be seen one day as an important contribution to the English Country House tradition. |
